A Word of Advice on Text Boxes

• Text boxes will scroll, allowing you to enter as much text as you wish.
• Think of a text box as one paragraph in an overall report.
• Text boxes do not currently allow for formatting such as multiple paragraphs, blank lines, or bold text.
• For lengthy text, type in Word first, then cut and paste into the text box.
• You cannot submit (or save) this screen until all text boxes are complete.
  • Creating text in Word first will decrease the chance of lost work due to internet connectivity issues.
  • You will have an opportunity to edit your text box later. This system will allow you to enter a minimum amount of text to save the record. Therefore you could enter some text and then return to this box later to finished your work.
